Article 1. General

The company Gozulting registered under number Siret 810 147 314 00019 in the trade register of Evry and whose head office is located at 8 rue des Bosquets 91330 Yerres.

Article 2. Acceptance of the Regulations

By accepting participation in the "Ultimate Fighting Arena 2019", you accept, without reservation, all these stipulations of the rules.

Article 3. Amendment of the Regulations

The Rules may be modified by the organizer according to the following conditions:

Article 4. Conditions of eligibility for the tournaments

4.1 Tournaments registration and access

The competition "Ultimate Fighting Arena 2019" which will take place from Friday, October 4th, 2019 to Sunday, October 6th, 2019 is open to any physical person having at least 16 years old at the date of the tournament.

To validate their participation in one or several tournaments, minor participants aged between 16 and 18 must provide the parental authorization to the co-organizers, duly completed and signed by a legal person in charge and accompanied by a copy of the official document proving the identity of the legal representative and the minor (it must be legible and include the surname, given names, date and place of birth, photograph and signature of the holder, as well as dates of issue and validity of the document, issuing authority).

The co-organizers reserve the right to carry out any checks, as well as to disqualify any participating minor who does not return it within the given deadline, resulting in the cancellation of his performances and any endowments.

4.2 Competition and access and image rights

When entering the competition location, the visitor or contestant will have to present his/her ticket and an identity justification.

As soon as I register as a spectator or competitor pass, I agree that the organizers may use, reproduce and communicate to the public the photographs / videos taken as part of this agreement. The photographs may be used and exploited directly by (your name), in any form and on any medium known and unknown to date, throughout the world, without limitation of time, in full or in part, including:

The beneficiary of the authorisation shall expressly refrain from exploiting the photographs likely to infringe privacy or reputation, and to use the photographs of this website, in any pornographic, racist medium, xenophobic or any other harmful exploitation.

I acknowledge that I am completely fulfilled with my rights and I will not be able to claim any remuneration for the exploitation of the rights referred to herein.

Article 5. Description of the event

5.1 Date and place of the event:

The Competition will take place from 4th to 6th October 2019 and the tournaments will take place in Paris at Docks de Paris 87 avenue des Magasins Généraux 93300 Aubervilliers and require the physical presence of participants.

5.2 The Competition is divided into 16 Tournaments as defined below:

Article 6. Conditions of participation in the various Tournaments

6.1 Terms of participation

6.1.1 Step 1

To register for the different tournaments of the 2019 Ultimate Fighting Arena, you must first register on the Smash.gg website.

6.1.2 Step 2

Competitors must obtain the "Competitor Pass" of the event for a price of € 50 (all taxes included) then select the tournament of their choice.

7.1 Street Fighter V Team 2vs2 Tournament

7.2 Super Smash Bros Ultimate Squad Strike 1vs1 Tournament

The rules regarding this competition will be published in the next few days.

7.3 Super Smash Bros Ultimate Solo Tournament

The tournament "Super Smash Bros Ultimate Solo Tournament" is an individual competition.

This competition will take place on Saturday, October 5 and Sunday, October 6.

The format will be double elimination: in each encounter, the winner continues in the winner bracket tree, the loser goes to the loser bracket tree. When the player loses in the loser bracket tree, he is definitely eliminated from the tournament.

During an encounter, the first player who has arrived at 2 winning matches is declared the winner of the match except for the top 8 encounters which are played in 3 winning matches.

7.4 Dragon Ball FighterZ Team 3vs3 Tournament

The tournament “Dragon Ball FighterZ Team 3vs3 Tournament” is a team competition consisting of 3 players per team.

This competition will take place on Friday, October 4, 2019.

The format of the tournament will be in the form "strike": that is a relay with a match between each player.

The winner remains on the spot, the loser passes the baton to his teammate.

The team that eliminates the entire opponent team is declared the winner of the match.

7.5 Dragon Ball FighterZ Solo World Tour Tournament

The tournament "Dragon Ball FighterZ Solo World Tour Tournament" is an individual competition.

This competition will take place on Saturday, October 5 and Sunday, October 6.

The format will be double elimination: in each encounter, the winner continues in the winner bracket tree, the loser goes to the loser bracket tree. When the player loses in the loser bracket tree, he is definitely eliminated from the tournament.

During an encounter, the first player who has arrived at 2 winning matches wins the encounter except for the top 3 encounters: Winner Finals, Finale losers and the Grand Finale, which are played in 3 winning matches.

7.6 Street Fighter V Team 2vs2 Tournament

The tournament “Street Fighter V Team 2vs2 Tournament” is a team competition consisting of 2 players per team. 

This competition will take place on Friday, October 4, 2019 

The format of the tournament will be in double elimination and in "strike": that is a relay with a match of two winning rounds between each player.

The winner remains on the spot, the loser passes the baton to his teammate.

The team that eliminates the entire opponent team is declared the winner of the match.

7.7 Street Fighter V Arcade Solo Edition Tournament

The tournament "Street Fighter Tournament V Arcade Edition Solo Tournament" is an individual competition.

This competition will take place on Saturday, October 5 and Sunday, October 6 

The format will be double elimination: in each encounter, the winner continues in the winner bracket tree, the loser goes to the loser bracket tree. When the player loses in the loser bracket tree, he is definitely eliminated from the tournament.

During an encounter, the first player who has arrived at 2 winning matches is declared the winner of the match except for the top 8 encounters which are played in 3 winning matches.

7.8 Tekken 7 Solo Tournament

The tournament "Tekken 7 Solo Tournament" is an individual competition.

This competition will take place on Saturday, October 5 and Sunday, October 6.

The format will be double elimination: in each encounter, the winner continues in the winner bracket tree, the loser goes to the loser bracket tree. When the player loses in the loser bracket tree, he is definitely eliminated from the tournament.

7.9 Mortal Kombat 11 Team 2vs2 Tournament

7.10 Mortal Kombat 11 Solo Tournament

The tournament "Mortal Kombat 11 Solo Tournament" is an individual competition.

This competition will take place on Saturday, October 5.

The format will be double elimination: in each encounter, the winner continues in the winner bracket tree, the loser goes to the loser bracket tree. When the player loses in the loser bracket tree, he is definitely eliminated from the tournament.

During an encounter, the first player who has arrived at 2 winning matches wins the encounter except for the top 8 encounters which are in 3 winning matches.

7.11 SoulCalibur VI Solo Tournament

The tournament "SoulCalibur VI Solo Tournament” is an individual competition.

This competition will take place on Saturday, October 5 and Sunday, October 6.

The format will be double elimination: in each encounter, the winner continues in the winner bracket tree, the loser goes to the loser bracket tree. When the player loses in the loser bracket tree, he is definitely eliminated from the tournament.

During an encounter, the first player who has arrived at 2 winning matches wins the encounter except for the top 8 encounters which are in 3 winning matches.

7.12 Samurai Shodown Solo Tournament

The tournament "Samurai Shodown Solo Tournament" is an individual competition.

This competition will take place on Saturday, October 5 and Sunday, October 6.

The format will be double elimination: in each encounter, the winner continues in the winner bracket tree, the loser goes to the loser bracket tree. When the player loses in the loser bracket tree, he is definitely eliminated from the tournament.

During an encounter, the first player who has arrived at 2 winning matches wins the encounter except for the top 8 encounters which are in 3 winning matches.

7.13 King of Fighters XIV Solo Tournament

The tournament "King of Fighters XIV Solo Tournament" is an individual competition.

This competition will take place on Sunday, October 6.

The format will be double elimination: in each encounter, the winner continues in the winner bracket tree, the loser goes to the loser bracket tree. When the player loses in the loser bracket tree, he is definitely eliminated from the tournament.

During an encounter, the first player who has arrived at 2 winning matches wins the encounter except for the top 8 encounters which are in 3 winning matches.

7.14 Dead or Alive 6 Solo Tournament

The tournament "Dead or Alive 6 Solo Tournament" is an individual competition.

This competition will take place on Saturday, October 5 and Sunday, October 6.

The format will be double elimination: in each encounter, the winner continues in the winner bracket tree, the loser goes to the loser bracket tree. When the player loses in the loser bracket tree, he is definitely eliminated from the tournament.

7.15 UNIST Solo Tournament

The tournament "UNIST Solo Tournament" is an individual competition.

This competition will take place on Sunday, October 6.

The format will be double elimination: in each encounter, the winner continues in the winner bracket tree, the loser goes to the loser bracket tree. When the player loses in the loser bracket tree, he is definitely eliminated from the tournament.

During an encounter, the first player who has arrived at 2 winning matches wins the encounter except for the top 8 encounters which are in 3 winning matches.

7.16 Guilty Gear Xrd: Revelator 2 Solo Tournament

The tournament "Guilty Gear Xrd: Revelator 2 Solo Tournament" is an individual competition.

This competition will take place on Friday, October 4, 2019.

The format will be double elimination: in each encounter, the winner continues in the winner bracket tree, the loser goes to the loser bracket tree. When the player loses in the loser bracket tree, he is definitely eliminated from the tournament.

During an encounter, the first player who has arrived at 2 winning matches is declared the winner of the encounter except for the top 8 encounters which are played in 3 winning matches.

Article 8. Endowments

8.1 Price details

Tournaments can provide certain prizes depending on the performances achieved. The prizes, their distribution, their amount as well as the methods for their restitution are indicated as follows :

Super Smash Bros Ultimate Solo Tournament:

The 8 finalists will receive a price from the organizer according to their final ranking in the tournament and the following amounts :

Dragon Ball FighterZ Solo Tournament:

The 4 finalists will receive a price from the organizer according to their final ranking in the tournament and the following amounts :

Street Fighter V Arcade Edition Solo Tournament:

The 8 finalists will receive a price from the organizer according to their final ranking in the tournament and the following amounts :

Tekken 7 Solo Tournament:

The 8 finalists will receive a price from the organizer according to their final ranking in the tournament and the following amounts :

Mortal Kombat 11 Solo Tournament

The 4 finalists will receive a price from the organizer according to their final ranking in the tournament and the following amounts :

SoulCalibur VI Solo Tournament:

Samurai Shodown Solo Tournament:

The 4 finalists will receive a price from the organizer according to their final ranking in the tournament and the following amounts :

King of Fighter XIV Tournament:

The 3 finalists will receive a price from the organizer according to their final ranking in the tournament and the following amounts :

DOA6 Solo Tournament:

The 8 finalists will receive a price from the organizer according to their final ranking in the tournament and the following amounts :

UNIST SOLO Tournament:

The 3 finalists will receive a price from the organizer according to their final ranking in the tournament and the following amounts :

Guilty Gear Solo Tournament:

The 3 finalists will receive a price from the organizer according to their final ranking in the tournament and the following amounts :

8.2 Payment details

The Razer arcade sticks will be given on the spot after the tournament.

Regarding the tournaments with a cash price, the winners of each tournament will have to fill the endowment payment form given by the organizer on the spot.

The transfer will be done up to 90 days after the form has been validated by the organizer.

Article 9. Rules of conduct

Co-organizers encourage all participants to behave fair play and honest with other participants.

The purpose of these Rules of Conduct is to establish a non-exhaustive list of prohibited behavior and dishonest practices that may give an undue, unnatural and unpredictable advantage. The Co-organizers reserve the right to modify any time these rules of conduct as well as to take any disciplinary action adapted in case of non-compliance with the code of conduct, be it behavior listed or not in the list below :

The following behaviors may lead to a sanction:

Article 10. Applicable sanctions

In case of any violation of these or the Tournament Rules in which you participate, the co-organizers reserve the right to impose a certain number of sanctions according to the gravity of the violation observed.

Here is a non-exhaustive list of sanctions that may be imposed by the co-organizers, according to the good faith of the participant and the seriousness of the offense found:

Depending on the degree, gravity and possible repetition of the violation found, the Co Organizers may decide to apply additional sanctions such as the banishment of future tournaments or competitions, the abolition of endowments.

The Co-organizers may also decide to impose additional sanctions specific to the parameters, specificities and rules of the video game on which the Tournament unfolds.

The Co-organizers reserve the right to sue any participant, both civilly and criminally, according to the nature and gravity of the damage found.

Article 11. Limitation of Liability

The Co-organizers can not guarantee that the services will not be interrupted or that they will be free from defects, that they will be corrected, that the Services contain no viruses and can not be held responsible, in any way, for the partial or definitive interruption of the Services.

It is up to each user to take all the necessary precautionary measures to protect their data from any possible cyber attacks.

Throughout the duration of the Tournament, you acknowledge that the participants are fully responsible for their own behavior and the Co-organizers can not be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from misconduct attributable to a participant.
